Residential screening process
Our participant screening process is designed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all program participants of BAM INDEPENDENT LIVING homes. This includes:
- Application review: We carefully review all submitted applications. No credit checks!
- Background check: A standard background check is conducted for all adult applicants.
- Income verification: We verify income to ensure affordability and eligibility for our housing program.
- Reference checks: We may contact previous landlords or personal references.
